Our truffle hunter will pick you up directly at the B&B and take you just a few kilometers away from San Donato in Poggio, to the truffle patch called the Tartufaia del Fiano. There you will enjoy a spectacular view of San Gimignano, while being immersed in the exquisite Tuscan countryside and feeling the magic of truffles. Your truffle hunt experience starts here! The truffle dog has a highly developed sense of smell, and is the faithful friend of the truffle hunter and yours too, for the day, who will walk alongside you, determining the pace of the group, moving through the woods in Chianti, smelling the trunks of poplar, oak, beech and hazelnut trees.

We will take you to the vineyards, where you will learn how to take care of the vines, and to the wine cellars where you will smell the aromas of aging wine. When you taste the wines, we will tell you the story of each wine and the secrets that make it unique. We can teach you all the secrets of Tuscan cuisine at a really fun day in one of our cooking schools, created by expert cooks in the heart of Chianti Classico, like Paola and Simonetta in Radda where a complete meal with appetizers, a pasta dish, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day, and chef Cecilia in Tavarnelle to discover the ancient origin of the Tuscan cuisine. You will cook typical Tuscan dishes with your own hands!
