Safe Hospitality Sanitization Protocol

Our guests have always highly appreciated the thorough and systematic cleaning and hygiene of all the rooms and the communal areas in our B&B.

We will further minimize the risks of Covid-19 infection by enhancing sanitization, which shall be carried out according to the indications provided by the Italian health authorities. These indications may be updated in the future.

Palazzo Malaspina B&B will therefore put in place several extraordinary measures to safeguard the health of our future guests.

B&B CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE

Cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and communal areasGuests will find their rooms thoroughly cleaned and ventilated, and all surfaces, including floors, wardrobes, chests of drawers, night tables and objects will be sanitized. This means that in addition to our usual general thorough cleanings, a chemical-based disinfectant product will also be used, according to the guidelines as indicated by WHO.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING LINENS

All of our linens, including sheets, towels, mattress covers and pillow covers are always washed at maximum temperatures, which in itself guarantees complete sanitization. ALL LINENS ARE ALWAYS REPLACED at the end of each guest’s stay at the B&B.

ORGANIZATION

We will remove any objects from the rooms that cannot be sanitized or replaced, such as decorative pillows and ornaments.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

The vents and ventilation grills of the air conditioners will be regularly sanitized using appropriate detergents together with a 75% ethyl alcohol solution.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFE HYGIENEH

and sanitizer gel will be available to guests in all the rooms, communal areas and throughout the B&B.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast may be served either in your room or in the breakfast room, upon reserving the time you prefer, to be able to respect safe distancing.
